Booking, Cancelation and Rental Policy
To book with us simply contact us with the following information:
- The date / time when you would like to start your lesson at the centre.
- Your flight details if you want to use the transportation provided by NKE
- If you require any; rental equipment, lessons, events, private coaching or any other requests.
Due to limitations of the ATM machines for local currency in Egypt, we strongly advise you to prepare payment before you arrive. For all lessons, events and rentals provided by us, we recommend that you pay in cash (EUROS), (USD) or (EGP). You also have the option to pay in advance via Bank transfer, please contact us for payment details (additional transaction fees will apply).
Please note that Nomad Kite Events does now accept credit card payments, you can also purchase food and drinks at the centre via credit card.

No show, No refund! If you do not turn up without notifying us in advance, we will be unable to offer any refund.
To rent equipment without instruction, you will have to show to us that you can ride upwind comfortably. This is to ensure the safety of our clients and riders on the water as well as making sure that our equipment is used appropriately. We strongly advise you to book the rental insurance together with your rental equipment in case of any loss or accidental damage. Please be aware that without insurance you will be charged for repairs.
For students renting equipment as part of a course all repairs will be covered by us however please note you will still be held responsible and required to pay for any loss of equipment.
